Privacy Policy

Aces Up: Retro Solitaire · Shahen Grigoryan IE · Effective 1 October 2026

Aces Up: Retro Solitaire has no accounts and no sign-in. The game itself sends nothing to us. The only third party the app talks to is Google AdMob, which shows the ads that keep the game free. This page explains what that means.

Ads

The app shows two kinds of ads, both provided by Google AdMob:

To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects data such as the device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model and operating system, and information about ad views and taps. Google may use it to personalise ads and to prevent fraud. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

On first launch the app asks whether it may track you for personalised ads (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalised; the game works the same either way. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app also shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time in the app: Settings → Privacy choices.

In US states with privacy laws (such as California), you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising in the same place: Settings → Privacy choices.

What is stored on your device

The app keeps your current game and your settings (difficulty, card style, sound and haptics) in the app's own storage on your device, so you can continue where you left off. This data stays on the device. Deleting the app deletes it.

No analytics, no accounts

The app has no analytics of its own, no crash reporting, no accounts and no in-app purchases. We do not sell personal data.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

This website

This page is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it may keep short-lived technical logs of requests (such as IP address and time). We do not use them to identify anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new effective date.
